Kuwait Oil Company, one of the largest public entities in Kuwait with more than 8,000 employees and USD 80B turnover, commissioned OBSS for turn-key implementation of the software development phase of the Succession Management Project – a Human Resources scheme. With the project – in which OBSS collaborated with Middle East Management Center consultancy company – Kuwait Oil Company gained a more efficient management platform which is operational since September 2009.
